Grandma’s (Faux) Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Yad Never Know AP Flour Blend
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups Quinoa flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 cups Raisins
  • 1 cup Tenderflake (or butter)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 large orange zest and juiced

Directions

  1. Preheat oven 350f (185c)
  2. Stir first six ingredients together
  3. Melt fat and mix with dry ingredients
  4. Stir in milk mixing well
  5. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper
  6. Scoop 40gr ea cookie on parchment paper, flatten slightly
  7. Chill 15 minutes before baking
  8. Bake 6 minutes, rotate cookie sheet and bake an additional 6 minutes
