Ingredients
- 2 cups Yad Never Know AP Flour Blend
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups Quinoa flakes
- 1 tablespoon Cinnamon
- 1 cup Brown sugar
- 2 cups Raisins
- 1 cup Tenderflake (or butter)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 large orange zest and juiced
Directions
- Preheat oven 350f (185c)
- Stir first six ingredients together
- Melt fat and mix with dry ingredients
- Stir in milk mixing well
- Line cookie sheet with parchment paper
- Scoop 40gr ea cookie on parchment paper, flatten slightly
- Chill 15 minutes before baking
- Bake 6 minutes, rotate cookie sheet and bake an additional 6 minutes
