Ingredients
- 2 cups Ya'd Never Knowe AP Flour Blend
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
- 3 large eggs beaten
- oil for muffin tins
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 f. Fill muffin cups 1/4″ depth with vegetable oil and place in oven for 10 minutes.
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside. With a hand blender mix eggs, milk and vinegar, slowly add dry ingredients and blend well 2-3 minutes. Pour batter into hot oiled cups 1/2″ deep. Bake for 15 minutes.
