Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup 2% milk + 1 tsp cider vinegar
- 1 cup
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup butter
Directions
- In a bowl mix all ingredients, the more air you beat into the mix the fluffier the pancakes.
- Place large cast iron skillet in oven, preheat oven to 450 f / 234 c.
- Add butter and let it melt
- Add batter to skillet and return pan to oven
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until puffed and golden.
- Remove from oven and serve at once.
